INTERNSHIPS
INTERACTION DESIGNER
(please indicate your area of interest: “IxD Focus”, “Visual Design Focus”, or “Generalist”)The interaction design internship will introduce you to, or strengthen your skills in, user experience design as a whole, including interaction and visual design. First and foremost you will participate in hands-on interaction design roles – helping to define and refine product requirements, participate in user research, write scenarios and workflows, wireframes, prototype and test design concepts. You must have a basic graphic design sensibility and applicants with strong graphic design backgrounds may participate in branding, identity, visual interface design, motion graphics and more. You will be working with a variety of startups as well as larger institutions on fast-paced and exciting projects. Ideal candidates are versed in Adobe Creative Suite. University credit or compensation are available.
